Breakfast Around the World

spring 2018 - BREAKFAST AROUND THE World

Join us as we travel near and far in search of rich flavors and experiences! Each week, students will prepare a traditional breakfast dish from a new country. We’ll make chilaquiles from Mexico, waffles from Belgium, shakshouka from Israel, uji from Kenya, miso soup from Japan, and much more.

Special thanks to Bi-Rite Market for donating many of our delicious, local ingredients and for hosting students on a field trip.
